DocuSign

Send an approved contract for signature from the review card, and let the signed copy come back into the register on its own.

Approval and signature are usually two different systems and a manual handoff between them — someone downloads the approved file, opens DocuSign, re-keys the signer, and hopes they picked the right version. AeroSpark closes that gap.

How it works

  1. A reviewer approves a contract.
  2. Send for signature appears on the card. The version being sent is the version that was approved — not whatever is newest in someone's downloads.
  3. DocuSign takes over for the signing ceremony itself.
  4. The signed copy returns automatically. AeroSpark records the contract as executed, stores the signed document, and files it to your Drive or SharePoint if either is connected.

Why it matters for the register

A contract register is only as good as its worst entry. The most common way one rots is that a contract gets signed somewhere else and nobody updates the record — so the register says "approved" forever while the real agreement is in force.

Closing the signature loop means the register reflects what is actually signed, which is what makes renewal dates and expiry alerts trustworthy.

Setting it up

An administrator enables DocuSign from the admin menu and sets the default signer name and address for your side. Reviewers can then send from the card without further setup.
