Google Drive

Approved and signed contracts are filed into your own Shared Drive, organised by counterparty and document type — automatically, at the moment of approval.

A contract-review tool that keeps your contracts is a contract-review tool you can never leave. AeroSpark writes the finished document into your Google Drive, in the folder you nominate, so the durable copy lives where your company already keeps records.

What gets filed

Filed into per-counterparty and per-document-type subfolders, created as needed, so the structure stays navigable without anyone maintaining it.

How access works

AeroSpark connects to a Shared Drive using a service account provisioned for your tenant alone. Three properties worth understanding:

In short: read access is as wide as what you share, write access is narrow. If you would rather AeroSpark not see a set of documents, keep them in a different Shared Drive.

This is a Shared Drive integration specifically. Personal "My Drive" folders are not supported, because the access model above cannot be enforced there.

Setting it up

An administrator connects Drive from the admin menu and nominates the target folder. Nothing else changes about how anyone submits or reviews contracts — the filing simply starts happening.
