Someone submits
Upload the file and name the counterparty on a short form. Anyone in the organisation can submit.
AeroSpark reads it
The same extraction and policy check as every other channel: key terms pulled out, measured against your playbook.
It lands in the queue
Reviewers see green, yellow or red with terms and concerns, and download the marked-up copy for Word drafts.
The decision is recorded
Take review, approve or reject in the browser — logged with who, when, and against which version, in the same register.
Contracts are still edited in Word. The web app replaces everything around the document: the intake, the triage, the queue, the decision, and the filing — the same work the chat apps do, without the chat.

Setting it up
Create an account with an email address and make sure at least one person has the Legal role, so they can see review buttons. Add your company information and you are ready to start. The remaining configuration steps are optional:

No. The web app covers the full pipeline — submit, review, decide and search the register — and email submission works with no account at all on the sender’s side. Slack and Teams are options, not prerequisites.
With an email address — a password, or a one-time magic link sent to their inbox. Review actions appear only for people with the Legal or Admin role.
Yes. Every submission lands in the same queue whichever door it came through, and a decision made anywhere is recorded once, in the same register.
Contract review is. The one deliberate exception is deal exceptions, which are chat-only and reviewed in Slack or Microsoft Teams.
